Stacey Dash who conveniently starred in VH1’s hit comedy/drama Single Ladies is officially – well a single lady after news broke that her third marriage to actor Emmanuel Xuereb has been dissolved by a Los Angeles judge earlier today.
Stacey Lauretta Dash who was married to Emmanuel Xuereb for 3 years had filed for divorce in January of 2010 claiming that he was physical abusive towards her.
In the court documents the Clueless actress stated that her spouse often hit her in the face, head and body and took the opportunity to file for a restraining order from Xuereb which was granted.
Stacey Dash who has a son Austin and a daughter Lola from previous relationships was recently named the the hottest 45-year-old on the planet by beating out Halle Berry.
The former Playboy model who was married to Brian Lovell (from 1999 to 2005) and to James Maby (from 2005 to 2006) will not be returning to Single Ladies season 2, for rumors claimed that she had a fight with co-star LisaRaye McCoy and might be replaced by actress Meagan Good.
