With the revelation coming from Joe McGinniss’s highly anticipated book Sarah Palin unauthorized biography called Sarah Palin: The Year of Living Dangerously that the former governor had a one night stand with NBA player Glen Rice, it seems that other black men are taking the news as some kind of invitation to let her know how they feel about her.
Former Haitian presidential candidate Wyclef Jean recently sat down with WWD.com where he revealed while he is still a Barack Obama groupie, he has a soft a spot for the controversial and popular former Republican VP nominee.
Wyclef Jean who has plans to campaign for Obama next year said:
“I have to tell you this: I am a huge fan of Sarah Palin.Cause she’s rad. She’s shrewd. She’s cool. Because at the end of the day, I’m for the people, because this is the United States of America…this is what America’s really about. Anyone should have the right to say, ‘Look I can do the job and this is what qualifies me to do the job.’….Now my wife probably will debate and disagree with me.”
The former Fugee singer went to explain while he is impressed by Sarah Palin’s fierceness as a politician there is no way he would go as far as saying that she is qualified to president.
He said during the interview:
“I’m not saying she could be the next president, you know, but there’s something about her. Heavy debates in my house. Whenever I say Sarah Palin, people think I’m crazy, but I like her, I do. I can like whoever. This is America, right?”
