Rapper Flo Rida is sitting behind bars for a drunk driving charge.
The rapper behind the hit single called “Low” was stopped by police while driving a 2008 Bugatti which runs for $1.7 million. At least he got busted in style.
Police say they found him swerving and decided to pull him over about 3:30 am. They were doing their routine check and found the smell of alcohol on him and he was issued a sobriety test which he reportedly didn’t pass.
After being handcuffed and taken to the station on suspicion of DUI it was later found that Flo Rida’s alcohol level was twice the legal limit.
Tramar Dillard is the performer’s reportedly legal name and stories say that he tried to comply with the sobriety test but admitted to the cops he’d had a few drinks. A further check found out that he didn’t have a driver’s license because it was suspended for failure to pay a traffic fine.
When we look at the equation here we see a famous man, driving one of the most expensive cars ever invented, driving it while drunk, and with a suspended license.
A new definition for irresponsibility?
He was later released on a $2,000 bail.
