This isn’t your typical “Beach Party” movie with Annette and Frankie, this is an update on that viral video showing a bikini clad woman and her bikini clad friends going berserk in a Burger King in Panama City Beach, Florida.
The woman who is at the forefront of the incident, Kimesa Smith, 30 of Montgomery, Alabama was finally charged with felony criminal mischief. She got two counts of misdemeanor batter, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
State Attorney Glenn Hess said in a statement,
“While many view this video as amusing, we see it as hard evidence of serious crimes being committed,”
And added,
“I’m quite certain the employees who were battered and terrorized by Ms. Smith do not find this the least bit amusing.”.
Word is that the investigation into the incident is continuing as additional charges may be laid down.
This clip is part of a rash of women going berserk videos that have taken over the web. Just about all of these wild antics has lead to the arrest of the perpetrators. People may find it funny but as you can see there’s a price tag called jail .
