In a real life superhero type of feat, UFC star Jon “Bones” Jones took on a robber and won with a spectacular fight move just hours before his latest fight.
While following a personal ritual of meditating in a park in Patterson, NJ, Jones overheard a woman’s cry for help saying, “I’ve been robbed!”.
Jones sprung into action chasing after the evildoer and finally caught up with him. He knocked the guy’s legs out from under him and put him in a figure-four leg lock until the cops arrived at the scene to cuff the bad guy.
Jones told TMZ that “It was a great pre-fight warm-up for me!”
Jones went on to win his fight against Shogun in the third round with a TKO making him the new UFC Light Heavyweight Champion of the world!
