Singer, and former member of the RnB/pop band “Destiny’s Child”, Kelly Rowland recently got her first tattoo, bringing a friend along to document the historic moment.
On Wednesday, February 16, Rowland went into a tattoo shop along with La La Vazquez, a former VJ for MTV.
Vazquez took a picture of Rowland lying on her side, with the tattoo artist working over her. She posted the picture online, with the caption, “Kelly Rowland getting her 1st tattoo!!! I’m here to witness it!!!”
Rowland then took a picture of her new body art after it was all completed, showing off the word ‘Masterpiece’, which she had inked onto the right side of her body. Rowland was also photographed recently spending time with her former “Destiny’s Child” bandmates.
Beyonce Knowles, Michelle Williams, and Rowland, along with Knowles sister, Solange, were seen out on the town on Monday, February 14, shopping and having lunch in order to celebrate Rowland’s 30th birthday.
Although the band has been separated for a few years, the trio still remain close friends and are often seen spending a good amount of time together.
