Rapper Timbaland recently delighted his fans by releasing a new single for public consumption, entitled “Take Ur Clothes Off”. The song is off of Timbaland’s “Thursday” installment series, and features fellow rapper, Missy Elliot, who joins him for a few guest verses of the track.
Elliot is her usual saucy self, discussing Michael Jackson and Oprah in the song. Some of her lyrics go, “Allow me to reintroduce myself/ My name’s Missy, rockin’ like no one else/ I don’t need no one cause I’m feelin’ myself.”
The rapper goes on to talk about her history and where she came from, saying, “Been rapping since y’all were little babies…Been hot before Michael Jackson wore loafers/ Been rich before you even knew about Oprah.”
Rapper Timbaland has announced that he is currently working on his latest album, however he has not yet given any details as to the release date of the record.
Some are wondering if it will be the next installment of the “Shock Value” series that he was working on, but the producer hasn’t yet let on about that. He did, however, mention a few artists that he wanted to work with, including Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas.
