Brian Cole: Family Blames Seatbelt In Death

Brian Cole: Family Blames Seatbelt In Death – Before Brian Cole who was going to make it the major league was killed in a car accident recently in Florida.

Cole was on his way home from spring training when he collided with forced the 2001 Ford Explorer which he was driving at the time with another car and went off the road.

The truck proceeded to flip through the air three times before it finally landed. Cole was thrown from the vehicle and was instantly killed. One of the most shocking discoveries of the entire accident was that Cole had in fact put his seatbelt on, because investigators who checked into the accident saw that it was still attached.

Suspicions were immediately raised by family members of Cole and investigators of the accident. The deceased baseball player’s family says that he would not have died if the seatbelt weren’t defective.

They have stated that he was obviously wearing it when he flew out of the car, but it failed to protect him as it should have. Apparently the seatbelt became too loose, allowing him to fly out of the car.

Seatbelts are generally meant to tighten up when the vehicle comes to a sudden halt, although this was not the case with Cole. The seatbelt design could not have predicted the type of force that was exerted when a collision of this magnitude took place, rolling over the vehicle and ultimately ending Cole’s life.
