Kanye West On SNL : Power & Runway Videos – Kanye West appeared on NBC’s Saturday Night Live, few hours ago, performing his recent hits “Power” and “Runway.” The rapper put on quite a show and managed to convince few naysayers. The performances were very impressive visually, you can check them out below.
West removed a controversial verse from his song ‘Power,’ where he was blasting the show. The verse read:
“Fu*k SNL and the whole cast. Tell ’em Yeezy said they can kiss my whole a*s. More specifically, they can kiss my as*hole. I’m an a*shole?”
Kanye West – Power (SNL Performance)
Kanye West Ft. Pusha T – Runaway (SNL Performance)
Kanye West is expected to release his fifth studio album “Dark Twisted Fantasy,” on November 2010.
What did you think of Kanye West SNL Performance?
He don’t need ur p%$ssy he’s on his own di*#ck!!!! Hahahahahaha lololololol. The first performance was excellent. The second song.. not so much…
F*CK SNL AND THE WHOLE CAST!
The first song was based on a sample of “21st Century Scizoid Man” by King Crimson. That recording took actual talent, forethought, and discipline to create. People like Kanye West are regurgitating it because they are utterly devoid of originality.

If you think that “21st Century Scizoid Man” didn’t steal from prior compositions, you’re out of touch.
“Good composers don’t borrow, they steal”
Igor Stravinsky
Kanye West just made King Crimson relevant again.
It’s so unusual to ever describe an SNL musical performance as “beautiful,” “ethereal,” “thought-provoking,” or “mind-blowing,” but all of those words authentically reflect Kanye’s set on Saturday night. It was more visually interesting than any TV performance I’ve seen in a long, long time. I personally like the “Runaway” performance more, but I felt like both were jaw-dropping. Leave it to Kanye to take a TV promo gig and turn it into a work of art. I never thought I’d see Kanye on SNL again after that original verse, but I’m so glad it happened.
Show me evidence that 21st Century Scizoid Man was lifted another recording, whole cloth, and appropriated it as their own. Is your real name “Grape” or is this some high-school level name calling?
