Tiger Woods $54.5 Million Mortgage Florida Mansion – Tiger Woods recently signed the paperwork for a loan worth $54.5 million. The money is going to purchase a mansion located in Florida, on the highly exclusive Jupiter Island.
The mansion will reportedly contain a tennis court, oxygen therapy room, numerous pools, and a fitness center. According to the gossip website TMZ, Woods filed the paperwork and listed himself as a “single man”. The loan is supposed to be repaid by 2016.
This is not the only real estate shopping that Woods has been caught doing lately. Earlier this week, the media reported that Woods had moved into a Manhattan apartment, evidently trying to find a new beginning somewhere else. Woods has kept himself out of the media for the most part, although photos did surface of him stroking a passerby’s dog outside of a building on Hudson Street.
Woods and Elin Nordegren had their divorce made final earlier this week. The two were married for six years, but split up after numerous women came forward and confessed to having affairs with Woods. Nordegren is now raising their two children, and recently purchased a $3 million home in Sweden, her home country.
