Fantasia Barrino Antwaun Cook Drama: Paula Cook Suing Fantasia? – The woman who has accused Fantasia Barrino of ruining her marriage has plans to sue her, according to a number of recent reports. Barrino, who accidentally overdosed on aspirin and sleeping pills, got word of the lawsuit right as she left the hospital.
According to sources, Barrino is doing remarkably well,” after her hospitalization, which occurred hours after she had been named by the woman in a divorce case.
Barrino has been openly dating a married man, Antwaun Cook for nearly 11 months. She said she believes that Cook’s marriage was already dead when her romance with him began.
The woman that is suing her, Paula Cook, has a different viewpoint of the situation. In the papers that she filed, she made reference to a sex tape that she had in her possession, reportedly of Cook and Barrino together. She was going to use the tape as evidence that they had an ongoing relationship. She will be filing the lawsuit under a North Carolina Statue that allows her to charge Barrino with making illicit contact with her husband and stealing his affections.
Barrino maintains that Cook told her that the split with his wife was imminent, and but Paula Cook claims that the split just took place too months ago.
“She wasn’t as effervescent and peppy as she normally is but she has a lot on her mind,” said one source that is close to Barrino. “She is still physically and emotionally drained but when she gets knocked down, she gets up pretty quick and she is on the same track to do that again.”
This is crazy, I donot believe in adultery but, affairs occur everyday rather, it’s a man or a women. I honestly believe that fantasia is being blame and I believe it takes two to tangle, and is the wife suing her husband, as well. As women we always blame the woman instead of the husband. If he didnot have an affair with Fantasia it would of been some other women and I bet he has had other affairs. I am a fan since American Idol, I am 38 years old and I make mistake and I am not perfect, we have no right to judge her, God forgives and why can’t we.

Fantasia, as a christian child of God & a believer, no matter the situation, how could you do something so bad as be suiacidal and over a man of all things. Paula Cook should not attack Fantasia, she should go after her husband he’s the one who cheated on her . she was married to him and he disrespected her by being in public with Fantasia. She is a woman scorned and now she wants revenge, but her no.1 problem is airing her dirty laundry to the public. Because she’s Fantasia Barrino, the American Idol winner. That’s why, point blank!! Why did this have to go to the media, cause she’s Fantasia and media equals more money. This could have been taking care of without all the media involved. Ms. Paula needs to be talking to Antwaun. Fantasia things happen, Paula needs to talk to her husband not you. This issue with him cheating is between him and his with wife. Fantasia should not be charge for a family matter.

The court ruled in fantasia’s and antwaun’s favor. It seems that Paula lied about seperating from Antwaun in July 2010, but reports show that they seperated in June 2009. Fantasia didn’t start dating him until November 2009. So go out and get Fantasia’s album Back To Me and it will explain what happen.
