Kanye West Power – Kanye West is taking on his doubters and haters in his new song, “Power.” The song recently leaked onto the Internet, causing a stir over some of the lyrics that were included on the track. “F*** SNL and the whole cast / Tell them Yeezy said they can kiss my whole a** /” West raps in his record that leaked. The song takes a number of shots at different people in the industry who have made comments that West apparently does not appreciate. West’s A&R, Plain Pat, responded to the leak of the song on his Twitter account with the following statement;

“So waaaack. Working on a record for all these months to see an unfinished leak hit the Net.”
West has reportedly been in Hawaii working on his album. The rapper also made a trip to Hawaii last year with Jay-Z to put the finishing touches on his album, “The Blueprint 3.” Apparently the scenes and views around the islands really inspire West. Or at least, they inspire West to take shots at people he feels have wronged him.
The song was reportedly recorded for Kanye’s upcoming album entitled “Good Ass Job,” that will be releasing this summer. The leaking of this song marks West’s return to the music business after a brief hiatus following his last album, an R&B album that performed very well on the charts. West is reportedly returning back to his original “boom bap” style of rap music that made him famous when he was first introduced to the world by Dame Dash, Jay-Z, and the rest of the supporting cast at Rocafella Records.
