Drake Find Your Love – Drake has unleashed the second single, “Find Your Love,” from his highly-anticipated album to the internet.
The Young Money emcee debuted the Kanye West-produced track early this morning (April 29) just minutes after tweeting to his fans, “I better find your loving…. I better find your heart.” In seconds music lovers flocked the internet to listen to the song.
“Find Your Love” slips into R&B as rap’s most valuable rookie channels his inner Trey Songz, singing about cautiously giving himself to a special lady and hoping she returns the favor.
“The mechanical beats, thumping drums, and “Hey, hey, hey” refrains will almost immediately call to mind West’s Grammy-snubbed masterpiece 808’s and Heartbreak, but don’t be so quick to write “Find Your Love” off as a copycat or reject, as Drake has left no stone unturned to make you forget all these similarities,” says one critic.

“Kanye West, a famous music director with whom Drake has been working from the very beginning of his musical career, had made this song exceptionally well. Actually as far as I think, he had made this song in such a way that the song will surely remind you of all those cherished moments that you might have spent with your loved ones!”
Drake filmed a music video for the song earlier this month in Jamaica. The video was a three-day shoot filmed throughout Kingston. Drake and the camera crew took over the beach, filming on the hillside, alongside bikini-clad females, overlooking the sea. According to persons working on the shoot, a bonfire was to be set up on the beach in the night for further filming and later the crew was set to move to Cassava Piece for additional scenes.
“Mavado (director) has a major role in the video. He and Drake are good friends and when Drake came here the last time he saw some scenes he wanted to have in his next video and thought that Mavado fit the role well,” according to a source close to the production.
Thank Me Later is due in stores June 15.
