Tiger Woods Masters Press Conference Video – Tiger Woods is scheduled to speak in his first news conference since that infamous Thanksgiving night car crash that ignited the sex scandal surrounding his extramarital affairs.
Woods will speak on Monday, April 5 before he plays the Masters. It will be his first public engagement in nearly five months in front of a room full of reporters.
The Masters only recently began conducting a news conference on Monday of tournament week, usually a player with only moderate news interest because most of the media aren’t there yet. The embattled golfer is the only player planned for an interview that day. Woods typically has his press conference at the majors on Tuesday. But given the sensational nature of his downfall, what he says could trump the NCAA basketball championship game held later that night.
The last time Woods stepped before microphones and flashing lights was after he won the Australian Masters on Nov. 15 in Melbourne for his 82nd career victory, just twelve days before smashing his SUV into a tree.
