Faith Evans Owes IRS 360K – Faith Evans may need to call up Diddy for a loan, or perhaps a hit record, in order to pay the thousands of dollars she owes in back taxes. The former Bad Boy artist is reportedly in hot water with the IRS and needs some serious cheddar to clear her name.
The R&B singer’s alleged tax records have been leaked online and Evans owes the US government more than $360,000, with debts dating back to October 2008, according to the Detroit News.
The IRS filed a $36,360 lien against Evans on March 4 with the New York City Register’s office, an $119,821 lien on February 16 with the Los Angeles County Recorder of Deeds, and a sum of $204,000 with the state of New Jersey filed on October 30, 2008.
Meanwhile, talks of a reality show may be the green light Evans needs to get out of financial turmoil.
According to Variety, the widow of hip-hop icon Notorious B.I.G. has landed her own reality television show. The “Love Like This” hitmaker has teamed up with E1 Entertainment for the series, which will chronicle her life. The program titled, It’s All About Faith, shows her attempts at juggling her career with her home life as a wife and mother to four kids.
E1 Music will also distribute Evans’s upcoming sixth studio album in the multi-platform arrangement.
“This is a perfect example of how E1 Entertainment is implementing its strategy of utilizing its three business pillars – television, film and music,” said E1 Television CEO John Morayniss. “This allows us to help them reach the largest possible audience around the world.”
It’s All About Faith is currently being pitched to networks.

It’s amazing how they just take the black people tax records and put them out for the world to see. I don’t see them doing this to any stars in hollywood. Even though I don’t think it’s right for them to do this, celebrities need to pay their taxes. You know Uncle Sam gets everybody in the end!

OK….I’m so tired of the single mother shows….Kimora and NOW Faith …..both are single like millions of other women…who work and raise children…i don’t see them on tv..why becasue it’s nothing to get rich from…You had the damn children now raise them why should anyone get paid for working and raising children..I DONT GET IT…
