Shaq’s Wife Shaunie O’Neal Spotted With Another Man – Before the ink can dry good on the divorce papers, former NBA wife Shaunie O’Neal, is said to be back on the dating scene.
Shaunie was photographed waiting at the airport in Maui, Hawaii with a model named Marlon Yates who is rumored to be her current boyfriend. This is the reality show producer’s first time being seen with a new man since her breakup with basketball star Shaquille O’Neal. The couple finally called it quits after Shaunie accused the Cleveland Cavalier center of being unfaithful ever since his trade to Miami in 2004, according to various reports.
Shaq and Shaunie is just one “John Hancock” away from finalizing their divorce – pending the judge’s signature. According to TMZ, judges in both California and Florida were involved in the split. A judge in California has ruled on issues related to custody and visitations regarding the couple’s children. A judge in Florida is responsible for determining spousal support and property division. The couple has reportedly come to an agreement on spousal support and once the judge in Florida signs the papers, the marriage will be kaput. Two states were involved because the couple lived together in Florida, but Shaunie moved to California thus filing for divorce there.
The couple filed for divorce once before in 2007 but then withdrew after reconciling.
Shaq and Shaunie were married in 2002 and have four children. They each have an additional child from previous relationships, according to HelloBeautiful.com.
Shaunie has an upcoming VH1 reality show Basketball Wives, which is set to premiere April 11 at 10 p.m. ET.

I guess some of the ones who are taking up for this “Gold Digga” forgot about her buying property without Shaq’s knowledge and putting it in her mother’s name a couple yrs. back when SHAQ file for divorce. I bet her lawer told her to stick it out and file later or atleast until she has enough dirt on him to win her case.
