I mean, c’mon, how long is our society going to put up with a**holes like this guy acting a fool and then thinking all is ok because he apologizes???? And anybody who thinks this wasn’t racially motivated is naive. I don’t have a racist bone in my body, but I am getting sick and tired of the minority population in America not getting up in arms when a Kanye West does something like this, but everytime a white person sneezes in the wrong direction, it’s somehow racially demeaning. Another way for the media to distract us with celebrity BS than from the politcal issues at hand. Yeah, it’s a big deal when an arrogant hip hop artist interrupts a teenage superstar when she is accepting her award for MTV. It’s something that will be pressed on for a little while and everyone will try to make it a racial issue, but he didn’t cuss her out, or say she wasn’t talented, or tell her off, or get violent…he was a jerk. We all recognize that he was out of line. Let’s get over it and move to more pressing issues at hand. Our country is divided for no particular reason other than we have a Black President and people are in an uproar. Kanye is not the end all be all to America. This isn’t the first time he’s done something outlandish, and it most likely won’t be the last.

I agree with Ericka.. okay, everybody knows that what he did was disrespective but he apoligized for it. Things like this happen every day and no one pays it any mind. But when something like this happens to a big time star everybody breaks their neck to have a piece or part in it..And I don’t believe it had any thing to do being racist.And if it does its none of any of our business anyway. So we all need to just step back and let Taylor and Kanye handle it. We have bigger problems to worry about than some drama between two stars. What about this recession we are in? Go talk and post about that instead of gossiping.
