Chris Brown Trial Date Postponed – Here is the latest development in the Chrihanna drama.Apparently Chris Brown’s trial date will be postponed from March 5 to a later date because Los Angeles DA’s do not have enough evidence against him and Rihanna does not want to press charges against her attacker neither.In Touch said:
“We do not have enough evidence and there have been no charges filed on the Chris Brown case,” a spokesperson in the Los Angeles DA’s office tells In Touch. But Chris is not necessarily out of hot water, even if Rihanna never files charges. “If the state gathers up enough evidence, we will press charges with or without her testifying. It is not up to the victim.” With a March 5 arraignment date set in LA for Chris, 19, In Touch has also learned that Rihanna does not have to make an appearance at the courthouse. “She will not have to show up during the arraignment,” the spokesperson says.

I personally think that Chris is going to get time or probation and money has nothing to do with it his career is on hold on he ain’t making no money and I think Rihanna need to find another man and Chris needs threapy for real…..
The truth is that no one really knows what happen and she doesn’t want to say. There for no one should pass judgement on what happen. Yeah it was messed up what happen but it was said that she put her hands on him first and if that was the case they should both be getting charged not just one of them. I love both of their music and want the best for both of them. However if she hit him she is no better than he is and I wish everyone would see that and not just put this whole thing on him. You all are going by hear say and not by proof.
