What is the reason for all of the footage of Jennifer Hudson? This is not about her! This is about the killing of her family. This is ridiculous to air Jennifer’s fame and glory videos throughout this interview with William Balfour’s mother. This is down right ridiculous. This is so insensitive and I cannot believe this even aired on Nancy Grace’s show. This is not a publicity opportunity or promotion. Honestly, I had never even heard of Jennifer Hudson, but this is certainly a sad occassion to find out who she is, but the fact remains, this is not about her. She is only in the background now “supporting” her family. She was not even in the press conference to “support” her sister. So, it is obvious she is too “famous” to appear at such a time, so stop with the footage of her.
Something isn’t right about the whole thing, but I’m deeply hurt and sorry about this horrific crime. Anyway, don’t you know that if this william guy done this he would’ve been charged. I seriously don’t think william done it and what his mother is saying I have been saying since monday, and reguardless of what you want to believe she makes since. Ms. Balfour: You said your son was taught not to be disrespectful to females, but yet you stated your son has two girlfriends and still he still loves Julia. Perfect lesson on not disrespecting females. I ask you what type of up bringing were you taught? A mother is to support, teach, encourage, love but not stand by wrong doing but to help correct the wrong to a right. Shouldn’t you have learned from the wrong done in the past, that if he can’t help himself to change you can’t make the change for him. Instead you supported the wrongful acts of your son since the age of eleven. How is that you can get on national televsion and slander the name of a greiving family on all the wrong that they have done to support your son? If you had stated before and during the occurances of illegal activities on both parts, then this and situations like it could’ve been prevented. A closed mouth is never fed. Not only is your son’s future at state but a family and a CHILD’S future was taken away. Hopefully in the future there will be more help given to the police to prevent such matters. The communiy should claim victory and give thanks to the unknown tha we have given to the lord. The enemy is a liar, he steals, kills and destroy. May God bless the Hudson family as well as yours.
William Balfour, in a gang at the age of 11, of course the mother knew. This age then, just image the age now surrounding circumstances in the latest. The gang particpation in this only shows a lack of direction with any type of remorse and human compansion. The terrible intermotion feelings of emotion have been surpressed by grieve, of drugs, money, turf, and respect for senseless valves which takes you nowhere but destruction to them and others. Now is the time for everyone to talk, and the aurthories should be there to up hold the ones that speak. This is a hush hush city, simply because of what were said on the news with the gunshots .

Second, I would like to say to Ms. Michele Davis Balfour- sometimes silence is golden. Don’t feel that you have to defend or explain anything at this time to the media or the jury of public opinion. Your every word will be scrutinized only making matters worse. Sometimes we do the best we can at the time to raise our children and inspite of our best efforts they make the choice to do wrong. it take 2 people to create a child and so many times a woman is left to raise a male child in the ghetto with little or no emotional or financial support from the father of the child. This nonsense needs to come to an abrupt halt. And we all need to be a part of bringing this nonsense to a halt. Because if you are not a part of the solution then you must be part of the problem- so mentor a black male child, donate to a children’s organization, pay tuition for a child to go to private school etc. Why? Because it takes a whole village to raise a child. Ms. Balfour -Pray for your son at this time- no one has been charged or convicted so at this time thus he is an innocent man. Ms. Balfour- pray that God will touch your son and guide him on the straight path- it is never to late to turn one’s life around.
