Garcelle credited her husband, Michael Nilon, as motivation, after she discovered she weight more (172 lbs to be exact) than him. Garcelle also went on a low-carb 1,200 calories a day diet, which helped her lose 30 lbs.Now at 135 lbs, Garcelle remarked on her post-baby shape: “I don’t have a six-pack but if I did, it’d mean I wasn’t spending enough time with my kids. So I’m fine with it.”
