Ruben Studdard has decided to sue a concert promoter called Peachez Inc.
Studdard filed the lawsuit in New York Supreme Court and wants $45,000 from Peachez, for breach of contract. Ruben’s lawyers would not comment on the matter at this moment.
The Idol winner has been having dark days lately, seeing that he just got dropped by his record label,after his latest album flopped.
