R&B singer Brandy Norwood may be off the hook in a fatal crash she was involved in 2006.It is being reported that Brandy might not have been the one who caused the death of Awatef Aboudihaj after all.The report from AOL has revealed :
That the woman who died in the car accident actually struck the vehicle in front of her before Brandy made any contact.
Awatef Aboudihaj, the woman who died, struck the car in front of her — which was going 65 mph, and then slammed on her brakes,then said that the sudden stop caused Brandy to hit the dead woman’s car.
Furthermore L.A. County Coroner spokesperson Captain Ed Winter said that the toxicology reports show Aboudihaj had “slight traces” of marijuana in her system at the time of the crash.
Friday December 30 is the deadline for filing charges against Brandy as that day will mark one year since the accident happened .
