T-Pain was arrested earlier this morning.
The Hip Hop star turned himself in to the Leon County Sheriff’s office around 6 a.m. Friday.
According to deputies, 24-year-old T-Pain whose real name is Faheem Najm,had outstanding warrants for driving with a suspended license.
T-Pain’s manager, Dave Abrams, says the the traffic infractions occurred several years ago. Najm has been released on bail.
The arrest comes one day before the Hip Hop star is expected to perform at FAMU’s homecoming concert.It has been confirmed that he will still perform at the concert in Tallahassee.
Najm is charged with a non moving traffic violation and driving with a suspended license.
