Sean “Diddy” Combs is under investigation by New York police for hitting an acquaintance named Steven Acevedo over a woman.
Diddy and his bodyguards were at Kiosk at 3:30 am yesterday morning, when he got into an arguement with Steven.
The duo exchanged few curses and walked away from each other,nonetheless later on they crossed paths again ,Diddy left the man with a bloody nose and swollen lip.
Sean also screamed at the man:
“I’ll kill you, punk!”
Acevedo tried to get back at Combs,while a bodyguard appeared to reach under his waist for a gun.
Police are looking at surveillance video and have contacted Combs to get an official statement. Combs has not been arrested or charged with any crime.
In related news Combs faces a $19 million lawsuit from James Sabatino, an ex business associate.
Sabatino claims that Diddiy never paid him in full for exclusive audio and video recordings had made of B I G 14 years ago.
